Installments are not allowed on current bill but if there is pending bill amount (arrears) in your bill, then you can apply for installments for that amount where you will also have to pay interest as per bank rates.
You may not receive the bill for first 1 or two months, then you will start receiving bill every month regularly. If you did not receive your first bill for more than 3 months, then call helpline or visit the nearest subdivision office.
